The most effective methods for curing delayed ejaculation available
Around 2-6% of men suffer from delayed ejaculation. This is the inability or difficulty for a man to reach a climax during sex. It is also known as retarded ejaculation, inhibited ejaculation, delayed release and delayed orgasm.
Most guys with this problem don't know that there are lots of men who have had this problem too, but are now cured. Most guys with delayed ejaculation just accept it as a part of their life.
Information from credible sources on delayed ejaculation is scarce and hard to find. Which is why I created this website.
I have scoured the internet to find all of the best information from the best researchers. This page only contains links to accurate information and self-treatment guides that actually work.
In most cases men will be able to cure themselves simply with the right information and some practice.
What is delayed ejaculation?
Delayed ejaculation is when a man can get erect, and have sexual intercourse, but cannot have an orgasm. He may take a very long time to come, or not come at all. But he is able to ejaculate normally during masturbation.
This can be caused by alcohol consumption, or it can be a side effect of taking certain medications. In a large amount of cases though it is a mental issue. Put simply, the guy is physically aroused but not mentally aroused.
You cannot will a sexual response, just as you cannot will yourself to go to sleep or to sweat. The harder one tries to have a certain sexual response, the longer it will be delayed.
It is easy to get into a vicious circle. If during sex thoughts like "I'm taking too long" or "I wonder if my partner's bored?" or "Why can't I get over this?" occur it can make things worse. To prevent this, a man's feelings of sexual desire must overpower his thoughts on whether or not he will finish. A lot of men have found that giving up masturbation helps too.
